GUSTAVO ADOLFO RODRIGUEZ CHACON. Today is the Vice-Chancellor of UNILATINA in Bogotá, Colombia (from 2002) and Director of Unilatina senior programs. He studied Economics in Colombia. PhD in Economics at the University of Toulouse. He was a collaborator of Professor Pierre Vellas at the IEIPVD in Toulouse. Lecturer at the U3A's of Toulouse, Assistant Professor at the University of Bordeaux III. Founder of the Colombian International Corporation. Representative of IICA in Colombia. Technical Adviser to the Senate Commission V in Colombia.
