阿兰·高思卡 Alain Koskas
Clinical psychologist, psychomotor therapist, gerontologist and psychoanalyst, Alain Koskas is president of the Euro-Quebec Network for the Alzheimer's bundle, of the International Federation of the associations of the elderly (FIAPA), and of the Federation 3977 against the mistreatment. He sits on the High Council of Family, Childhood and Age (HCFEA) and is a director of UNA ASSAD Bléneau en Puisaye (Yonne).
Author and co-author of numerous scientific articles, he teaches gerontology at Pierre and Marie Curie University (Charles Foix Hospital - 94 Ivry) and since 2009 in Hanoi.
In 2011, he chaired the fact-finding mission to the Mediator of the French Republic on financial mistreatment and in 2016 the fact-finding mission requested by the Secretary of State to the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, in charge of seniors and autonomy.
