叶兆信，1959年9月生于山东省夏津县。高级编辑、山东省新闻美术家协会主席、山东省省直机关书法、美术家协会副主席、山东省书法家协会会员、中国当代工笔画学会会员、中国工艺美术学会民间专业委员会委员、中国汉画学会会员。

Ye Zhaoxin was born in Xiajin County, Shandong Province. He is a Chief Editor, President of Shandong News Artist Association, Vice President of Calligraphers and Artists Association of Departments Affiliated to Shandong Province, Member of Shandong Calligrapher Association, Member of China Hue Art Society, Member of Folk Specialized Committee of China National Arts and Crafts Society and Member of Chinese Institute of Han Dynasty’s Art.
