Introduction of Bulgaria’s culture
When the ancient traveler walked the Silk Road from China to Europe, the first European land they saw after crossing the Bosporus was the land that is now called Bulgaria.
Bringing together the heritage of ancient Thracians, Slavs and Bulgarians, today Bulgaria proudly preserves a unique culture and traditions. Bulgarians are known for their divine folklore music, rejuvenating rose oil, and delicious yogurt. Bulgarian nature is characterized by rich biodiversity, temperate climate, natural landmarks, sea, nice mountains, and hot mineral springs.
On these strong foundations, nowadays Bulgaria builds а dynamic present and a powerful future. Our country nurtures an inspiring young generation, which enjoys the fastest internet in the European Union, and develops a growing IT industry.
历史上的旅行家们行走在中国到欧洲的丝绸之路上，他们穿过博斯普鲁斯海峡后看到的第一个大陆就是保加利亚，保加利亚汇集了古色雷斯人、斯拉夫人和保加利亚人的遗产，自豪地保留着一种独特的文化和传统。保加利亚人以他们神圣的民间音乐、重焕活力的玫瑰精油和美味的酸奶而著称。保加利亚的自然拥有丰富的生物多样性、温带气候、自然地标、海洋、俊美的山脉和温泉。

National University of the Third Age
National University of the Third Age is the pioneer institution for senior education in Bulgaria. It was created in 2015, in order to support older adults' striving for meaningful life. The University brings together public figures, academics, entrepreneurs and artists and intellectuals who have recognized the importance of educational, social, cultural and sports activities, relevant to the demands, interests, and abilities of Bulgarian seniors. NUTA is registered as a scientific organization, according to the laws of Bulgaria, and is a member of AIUTA.
NUTA provides lectures, study tours, art and craft workshops, and actively advocates for the development of public policy aimed at senior inclusion in Bulgarian society.

国立老年大学是保加利亚老年教育的先驱机构，它成立于2015年，它的目的是为了支持老年人争取更有意义的生活。大学汇集了公众人物、学者、企业家、艺术家和知识分子，他们认识到教育、社会、文化和体育活动的重要性，这些活动与保加利亚老年人的要求、兴趣和能力有关。根据保加利亚的法律规定，保加利亚国立老年大学（NUTA）是一个科学组织，是国际老年大学协会（AIUTA）的成员学校。
保加利亚国立老年大学（NUTA）提供讲座、游学、艺术和工艺讲习班，并积极倡导制定促进保加利亚社会有老年参与的公共政策。

National University of the Third Age
