印度德里老年公民委员会简介
印度德里老年公民委员会（ISU3A）是一个注册机构，它代表德里地区110万老年公民与印度政府社会正义与赋权部、德里政府社会福利部和德里警察局老年公民小组发生联系；该机构创建了一个网络，500多名独居且活跃的老年公民参加日常的社会、宗教和文化活动，他们通常在游憩中心、绿色公园、新德里的免费设施开展活动，如药房、理疗室、血糖检测中心、计算机培训中心、瑜伽教室、图书馆、阅览室等。这种美妙有利的环境使老年人免于孤独，并激励他们有尊严的生活，特别是贫穷和被忽视的老人。自2006年以来，德里的老年公民委员会和毛里求斯政府社会保障部老年公民委员会签署了合作备忘录（MOU），目的是促进两国老年人群体在互惠基础上的意见交流。即使是独居的老年人也能免受他们自己孩子或其他人的羞辱和虐待。在本年度，委员会在没有德里警察的干预下，已经处理了许多这样的案件。
Senior Citizens Council of Delhi :
Senior Citizens Council of Delhi ( ISU3A, INDIA) is a registered Body representing 1.1 million Senior Citizens all over Delhi including NCR duly associated with the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India; Social Welfare Deptt. of Delhi Govt., I.C.C.R. and Senior Citizens Cell of Delhi Police. The Council has also created a network of more than 500 active lonely Senior Citizens living alone who are participating in daily social, spiritual and cultural activities in its Recreation Center, Green Park Extension, New Delhi to avail free facilities like Homoeopathy Dispensary, Physiotherapy, Blood sugar test, Computer Training, Yoga Classes, Library, News Papers, Television, Carom Board, Chess, Ludo, health checkup camps, consultations from eminent doctors & Spiritual Discourses.
Such a wonderful conducive environment keeps them free from loneliness and inspires to live with dignity and respect particularly poor, destitute and neglected elderly. MOU exists since 2006 between Senior Citizens Council of Delhi and Senior Citizens Council of Mauritius under the ages of Ministry of Social Security, Govt. of Mauritius in order to promote exchange of views of groups of elderly of both the Countries on reciprocal basis.Even lonely Senior Citizens are protected from humiliations/abuses by their own children and others. The Council has already solved a good number of such cases during the current year even without the intervention of Delhi Police.
