1. 延吉市老年大学简介
延吉市老年大学自2007年9月27日建校以来，始终秉承“增长知识、丰富生活、陶冶情操、促进健康、服务社会”的办学宗旨。目前已发展成为一个拥有8个专业，32个教学班，教学场所面积2000多平方米，在校学员1200余人次，设有多媒体教学、远程教育等现代化教学设施设备齐全的综合性老年大学。
延吉老年大学自建校以来荣获多类别文艺、舞蹈、歌唱等奖项，被评为“延边州老龄事业先进集体”、首批“吉林省老年大学示范校”等荣誉称号，为老年事业做出了巨大的贡献。
Introduction to Yanji Municipal U3 in Jilin
Yanji Municipal U3A has always being adhered to the mission of “growing knowledge, enriching life, fostering sentiment, promoting health, and serving society”since its establishment on September 27, 2007. At moment, it has grown into a comprehensive U3A with 8 majors, 32 classes, more than 2,000 square meters of teaching facilities, over 1200 students, and modern teaching facilities such as multimedia teaching and distance education.
Moreover, it has won many categories of literature, dance, singing and other awards since its founding, has been honored as the “Advanced Collective for Yanbian Old Age Programs” and the first honorary titles of “Demonstration School of Jilin U3A ”and so on. It made great contribution to the old age programs.
2.延吉市老年大学特色游学内容展示
吉林省延吉市位于吉林省东部，是延边朝鲜族自治州的首府，全市幅员面积1748平方公里，城市化水平超过90%，是一座以工业、商贸、旅游为主的生态宜居旅游开放前沿城市，综合实力位居全省县（市）第一，是吉林省唯一的全国百强县（市）。
延吉市户籍人口60万人，其中朝鲜族人口34万人，占总人口比重的57%。生活在中国56个民族大家庭里的延边朝鲜族，迄今为止依然保留着传统的民族习惯，源远流长的朝鲜族文化，风情浓郁的朝鲜族民俗，使延吉这座城市充溢着朝鲜族独有的民族风情。
A.民俗风情
（1）服饰
朝鲜族人民非常爱整洁，喜欢穿素色衣服，故有“白衣民族”之称。在节庆日来临之际和有重大活动时，朝鲜族男女老幼都会穿着民族服饰走上街头庆祝，展现民族风采。
（2）饮食
朝鲜族日常饮食中以米饭（大米）为主食，做饭均用铁锅焖煮，铁锅密封好，焖出的米饭香甜细软。朝鲜族的传统风味食品有很多，其中最有名的是打糕、冷面和泡菜。
（3）歌舞
延边朝鲜族能歌善舞，歌舞优雅、飘逸，舞蹈艺术精湛绝伦，因此延边具有“歌舞之乡”的美誉。
B.旅游资源
（1）海兰湖名胜景区——AAAA级景区
海兰湖风景区是集景观、餐饮、娱乐等为一体的综合型旅游景区。风景区内的海兰江高尔夫球场是东北三省36洞国际标准高尔夫球场之一，从3 月中旬至11月中旬，高尔夫爱好者都可以在这里一展身手，尤以夏季避暑度假、金秋枫叶时节球场环境和景色最为亮丽。
（2）梦都美民俗旅游度假村——AAAA级景区
梦都美度假村是目前延边州内拥有最大滑雪场的度假村。度假村内拥有滑雪场、八层温泉酒店、温泉养生中心、露营公园及水上乐园。雪场同时能为 3000 名游客提供滑雪服务。新建的 8 层酒店，集温泉洗浴（室内/室外）、雪具店、咖啡厅、自助餐厅、豪华客房等于一体。先进的装备、便捷的交通、周到的服务，使这里成为广大运动爱好者的天堂。
（3）延边博物馆——AAAA级景区
延边博物馆是一座了解朝鲜族民俗历史的综合性展馆，馆藏 文物近1.5万件，国家珍贵文物600多件。
（4）延吉旅游集散中心——欢乐宫
欢乐宫位于延吉市火车站站前广场西侧，由 3.5 万平方米的商业服务区和1.5 万平方米的独立演艺剧场两部分组成，是将娱乐、旅游、商贸、餐饮、住宿等经营项目有机结合的综合性商业中心。

经过多年的建设和发展，铁路 、公路客运趋于通畅，长春至延吉的高铁已正式开通。延吉交通条件的大幅改善，使延吉融入“长吉图”开发先导区的的步伐明显加快，延吉旅游资源优势转化为经济优势的路径更加便捷。

Yanji City is located in the eastern part of Jilin Province, the capital of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. The city covers an area of 1,748 square kilometers with more than 90% urbanization ratio. It is an ecologically livable tourism open frontier city focusing on industry, trade, and tourism. It comprehensive strength ranks the first in the counties (cities) of the entire province, and is the only top 100 counties (cities) in Jilin Province.
The registered population of Yanji City is 600,000, of which the Korean population is 340,000, accounting for 57% of the total population. Yanbian Koreans living in the large family of the 56 ethnic groups in China still retain traditional ethnic customs. The long-standing and well-established Korean culture and rich Korean customs make the city of Yanji overflow with the unique Korean style.
A. Folk Customs
i Dress
The Korean people are very clean and tidy and like to wear plain clothes so they are called as the “white-clothing people. Whenever the festive day is coming or there are important activities, Korean men and women of all ages will wear national dress to take to the streets for celebration and show their national style.
ii Food and Drink
In the daily diet of Koreans, they take rice as their staple food, normally simmer rice in a sealed iron pan gently, and the cooked rice is fragrant, sweet and soft. The Korean nationality has many traditional special delicious foods, of which the most famous are glutinous rice cake, cold noodles and pickles.
iii Song and Dance
Yanbian Koreans are good at singing and dancing, and their song and dance is elegant and graceful with very high-level and exquisite art. Therefore, Yanbian has a good reputation as “a hometown of song and dance”.

i Hailan Lake Scenic Spots ——AAAA Scenic Spots
Hailan Lake Scenic Spots is a comprehensive tourist attraction that integrates landscape, dining and entertainment. The Hailanjiang Golf Course in the scenic area is one of the 36-hole international standard golf courses in the three provinces of Northeast China. From mid-March to mid-November of every year, golf fans can show their skills here, especially during summer resort and the golden autumn seasons, the course’s environment and scenery are the most beautiful.
ii Mengdumei Folk Tourist Resort ——AAAA Scenic Spots
At present, Mengdumei Resort owns the largest ski area in Yanbian, as well as the eight-floor hot spring hotels, spa health centers, camping parks and water parks in the area. The ski area can also provide ski services for 3,000 tourists at same time. The happy palace is located on the west side of the station square of Yanji Municipal Railway Station.
